Studio Taghizadeh, based in Tehran, aims to provide a contemporary alternative to traditional Iranian architecture, responding to the climate conditions, economic, socio-political and cultural context of each project. From the first idea through execution and supervision, we build spaces that are both responsive and lasting.

Our approach is to build with the urban fabric and respect its context. We take small spaces seriously first, then design the façade as the skin of the building, and finally ground the interior as a place to inhabit. Each project is a conversation between climate, material and everyday life.
